Betso SBOX-2RF Wireless Timecode Generator

The SBOX-2RF from Betso Electronics is an extremely accurate, very compact time code and word clock generator with all the functions of the SBOX-1F but with the addition of RF transmission of time code and status information.

The RF wireless link enables continuous sync with 0 ppm error and clear status information of all devices connected to the network with just one click of a button.

It runs for up to 50 hours on one AA battery and the the operating range is up to 500m within line of sight. The RF protocol incorporates frequency hopping spread spectrum technology for signal reliability and if a unit operating in receive mode goes temporarily out of range then it simply keeps time from its internal clock and then re-connects when it is back in range.

The SBOX-2RF recognises all existing SMPTE time code formats and all commonly used word clock formats are supported, including their pull-up and pull-down options.

The SBOX-2RF is very light but is robust because it is made from milled and anodised aluminium for years of hard work. It is easy to mount on proper video cameras or DSLRs with either the Betso pouch or hotshoe holder.>/p>
