Cinela E OSIX for DPA 4017CThe E OSIX mounts from Cinela use their latest design of elliptical isolators to provide outstanding shock mounting performance. They have quickly become the "Go to" suspension for interior dialogue recording on drama productions. Elliptic isolators are smaller and smarter, with a wide range of elasticity grades and are very good for most mono situations. This model is the E-OSIX-4017C (Soft grade) for DPA 4017C Shotgun Microphone (mic not included!) The Soft grade option is very good for quiet indoors with a light foam windscreen. It is not advisable to use the soft grade with anything heavier than the light foam, as it can change the characteristics of the suspension and may not perform efficiently.
