Sending us your microphone

After placing your order, either:

• Drop your microphone off at our Cardiff shop and select Collection at checkout; or
• Send your microphone to us using a reliable tracked courier service.

Please include your name and Soundkit order number with the microphone so we can identify it when it arrives.

You are responsible for getting the microphone safely to us. Your selected delivery method at checkout covers shipping the completed microphone back to you.

Sending more than one microphone? Please add each microphone to your basket separately so you can provide the correct details for each.

Professional lavalier microphone re-termination carried out by our experienced technicians at our Cardiff workshop.

Whether you need to replace a damaged connector or re-terminate a lavalier microphone for use with a different wireless system, select the connector you require and place your order online.

You can either drop your microphone off at Soundkit and collect it once the work is complete, or send it to us using a reliable tracked courier service. If sending your microphone to us, you are responsible for arranging delivery to Soundkit and your checkout delivery option will cover the return journey.

If you would prefer to collect your microphone from us once completed, please select Collection at checkout.

When sending or dropping off your microphone, please make sure your name and order number are included with it, along with any relevant notes or instructions.

How it works

1. Choose your connector

Select the connector you would like your lavalier microphone re-terminated with, then enter the microphone make and model and any relevant notes before placing your order.

2. Send or drop off your microphone

You can drop your microphone off at our Cardiff showroom, or send it to us using a reliable tracked courier service.

If posting your microphone, please package it securely and include your name and Soundkit order number inside the parcel.

3. We re-terminate and test it

Once your microphone arrives with us, our technicians will professionally re-terminate and test it.

Our standard turnaround is approximately 2 working days from receipt of the microphone.

4. Collection or return delivery

If you selected Collection at checkout, we’ll let you know when your microphone is ready to collect.

If you selected a delivery service, we’ll send the completed microphone back to you using the delivery method chosen at checkout.

You can either drop your microphone off at our Cardiff showroom or send it to us using a reliable tracked courier service.

If sending your microphone to us, please package it securely and include your name and Soundkit order number inside the parcel. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of delivery to Soundkit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and a range of express payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. You can follow the tracking link in that email or view updates through your Shopify order-status page.

What is your return policy?

Consumers can return most unwanted products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions. Some products are excluded, and business purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless agreed by Soundkit. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products are handled separately. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot normally be made once an order has been processed or dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you may need to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available to many destinations. Available services, delivery costs and estimated times will be shown at checkout. International orders may also be subject to local customs duties, taxes and import fees.
